02 Stainless fixings

Marine-grade screws as standard, so the grille never stains the surrounding panel.

03 Continuous blade pitch

Blade pitch is set to give an even face across the opening, whatever the duct size.

Installation requirements

What the fitter needs on site.

Send these five points to the installer with the drawing. Claims outside them are not covered.

01 Opening

Cut square with the aperture slightly under the frame so the flange bears on the finished face.

02 Fixing

Stainless M4 screws at 150–200 mm centres, sealed with a paintable neutral silicone.

03 Ventilation clearances

Keep free area ≥80 % of the duct face; do not reduce with added mesh.

04 Site conditions

Ambient 5–40 °C. Do not install in direct sunlight without UV-stabilised stock.

05 Acceptance

Blade pitch uniform across the face; no visible fastener heads; grille removable for filter access.
