How much fits in a 40HQ container

For SPC and WPC wall panels, the standard export container is a 40-foot high cube (40HQ). Internal dimensions are roughly 12.0 m × 2.35 m × 2.69 m. The wall panels come in cartons that stack efficiently:

2. Packing List — cartons per SKU, dimensions, gross weight.
3. Bill of Lading (B/L) — issued by the ocean carrier once goods are loaded.
4. Certificate of Origin (C/O) — issued by China Chamber of Commerce. Required for GCC customs preference.
5. SGS Fire Rating Test Report — required for the goods to clear customs and for permit submission.
6. Insurance Certificate — if CIF/CFR terms; not needed for FOB where buyer insures separately.

Saudi and UAE customs specifics

UAE is generally faster — typically 3-5 days for clearance if all documents are in order. Saudi Arabia takes 5-10 days for first-time importers because the Saudi customs authority (ZATCA) verifies HS codes and may request additional documentation, especially for construction materials.
