Can SPC panels be used in direct shower zones?
Yes. Our SPC wall panels have 0% water absorption and are bleach-cleanable. For direct shower walls we recommend 4.0mm solid core with sealed edges. Many hotel brands (Marriott, Hilton) use SPC behind vanity and shower walls.
How is wet/dry separation handled without full demolition?
Glass partition frame mounts to existing wall with brackets. SPC panels click onto furring strips on the dry side. Total install time per bathroom is 4-6 hours — rooms stay operational in most cases.
What is the cost vs ceramic tile?
SPC installed is typically 15-25% cheaper than mid-range ceramic, with 50% faster install. Lifetime cost is lower because SPC does not crack, does not grow mold in grout lines, and never needs re-grouting.
