- MOQ is 200 sqm per SKU. We only accept B2B project orders above this threshold; we do not accept retail orders below 200 sqm.
- Which fire ratings do your wall panels meet?
- All commercial panels meet ASTM E84 Class A and EN 13501-1 B-s1, d0 fire-rating standards. SGS fire certificates ship with each batch.
- What are the FOB ports and lead time?
- We ship FOB from Shenzhen / Foshan / Ningbo / Qingdao. We also support CIF and DDP terms. Production lead time is 7 days after deposit confirmation.
- How quickly do you respond to inquiries?
- We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours on working days. Each inquiry is assigned a dedicated project coordinator for technical and commercial follow-up.
- Do you supply complete FF&E packages?
- Yes. We supply wall panels, ceiling tiles, trim profiles, doors and built-in furniture as a single-source FF&E package, all from the same factory batch for color consistency.
