Trim clips engage the panel groove every 300 mm; never screw through the visible face.
External corners set with a consistent 1–2 mm reveal, checked with a string line.
A dedicated movement profile every 8–10 linear metres, filled with backing rod.
Cut with a fine-tooth blade; aluminium requires a deburring pass to remove burrs.
Straight run within 2 mm over 2 m; mitres closed; no visible fixing holes.
