1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or submitting an inquiry to ENIS Wall Panel Factory, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

2. Products and Specifications

All product specifications, dimensions, fire ratings, and certifications listed on this website are accurate to the best of our knowledge but subject to change without notice. Final specifications are confirmed in the Proforma Invoice (PI) issued for each order.

3. Quotations and Pricing

All prices are quoted FOB (Free on Board) Shenzhen / Foshan / Ningbo / Qingdao unless otherwise specified
Prices are in USD or RMB and exclude destination country duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees
Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise noted
Final pricing is subject to confirmation in the Proforma Invoice

4. Orders and Payment

MOQ: 200 ㎡ per SKU, 1000 ㎡ per full project order
Standard payment terms: 30% T/T deposit upon PI confirmation, 70% balance against B/L copy
L/C at sight accepted for orders above USD 50,000
Production lead time: 7 days after deposit receipt for standard SKUs

5. Shipping and Delivery

Title and risk pass to buyer when goods are loaded on vessel at FOB port
Buyer is responsible for marine insurance, destination freight, customs clearance, and import duties
ENIS can arrange CIF or DDP shipping on request at additional cost
Force majeure events (war, pandemic, natural disaster, port closure) suspend delivery obligations

6. Quality and Warranty

All panels manufactured under ISO 9001 quality system
Fire ratings verified per ASTM E84 Class A and EN 13501-1 B-s1, d0 with third-party SGS test reports
5-year warranty against manufacturing defects under normal interior use conditions
Color variation between production batches is normal; sample chips represent typical shade

7. Intellectual Property

All website content (text, images, specifications, technical drawings) is the property of ENIS Wall Panel Factory. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

ENIS liability is limited to the value of the specific order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including installation labor, business interruption, or third-party claims.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes will be resolved through friendly negotiation, failing which through China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) arbitration in Shenzhen.
